This incident happen just earlier about 8.00 pm.
My dad went to Public Bank Sentul Ray Branch to the ATM machine after he is done he was taking his card and about to go. A malay guy with helmet and 'parang' hit his head and asking for his money.
My dad said "I got no money,". So he cut the hand and asking for his wallet, so what money my dad had in his wallet the idiot took and ran away with a black colour 12.
My question is what was the guard in that branch doing when he was inside? This samun kes is happening everytime that area. Hope the people incharge do take action towards this kind of idiots.
Everyone should be alert And help people in trouble.
